Within the world of authentic blues, Gitlo Lee has a reputation as the real deal. A native of the Okefenokee Swamp, Lee spent a half a century touring the Chitlin' Circuit and now, he is in Louisiana through July, performing in Marksville, Lafayette and New Orleans.
It is through NUNU performance partner "Artists as One Voice," Lee has agreed to lead a monthly second Sunday jam - with the intent of imparting knowledge and techniques. So come one and all - students and lovers of the blues and get down with Gitlo.
